Arrest A Pest Exterminator of Hamilton at 935 Main Street, Hamilton, Ohio.

On January 15, I contacted Arrest a pest exterminator with a possible mouse problem and asked about their service. I had a technician come out on January 18 for a free inspection. He found some droppings in our storage room in the basement and garage.
He went over the service they provide, putting down Fast trak mouse poison bags and in 10 days a technician would come back, fill in whatever holes the mice are using to enter the home and replace the Fast trak poison. Both visits were covered by $155 one time fee and came with a 90 day guarantee, which was written on my invoice.

We never heard from the company again. I called because we were still hearing mice in the garage. The owner of the company came out February 1 but he was physically unable to complete the inspection and could not fill in the holes. He put down one more mouse poison trap in the garage but that was the only service done that day. He told us another technician would contact us that week to finish our job. We once again never heard from the company.

February 12, my husband called several times and was told by the owner that a technician would be in our area the next day and will give us a call. We never heard from anyone or had a technician come out. I called on February 15 and left three messages and never was contacted. I called on February 16 and left several messages. I called the Dayton number for the company abd was able to speak with the owner who argued with me for 20 minutes and finally told me he was too busy to talk to me and hung up on me. I told him several times during the phone conversation that we wanted a refund of our money, we were not happy with the company and we had a 90 day guarantee in writing from his company.

My husband called February 20, 21st and 22nd and spoke to a technician who told us the owner would call us but we still have not received a phone call back.

We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which is now on file against them. The company never responded.
