Shell at 18 Millville Oxford Road, Hamilton, Ohio.

Port-a-potty for a bathroom. Disgusting. Employees are uncaring, lazy, negligent and lackadaisical. Saw a gas pump overflow. It was spilling gas all over the ground. I shut it off, told the employees, and they said "oh, really? Huh. Which pump was it?" My reply was "the only one with a car at it". That is not the proper cleanup response for a hazardous spill like gasoline. I waited outside the store across the street for 10 minutes, no one cleaned up anything. I had an appointment so I had to leave. Don't know who to report it to.
